We use clinically trained and board certified experts to navigate every authorization. On average our team submits over 30 pages of clinical justification to your patient’s insurance company. Every case is tailored to your patient’s specific needs. No templates, every authorization is pursed in a unique fashion.

Do you do comparative treatment planning for prior authorizations?

We do! Once Apollo receives the request for authorization, we manage the entire process end-to-end. Our board certified Medical Dosimetrists are not only trained in photon and proton planning, but are also experts in insurance navigation. We will keep you and your patients informed at every step of the process.

Do you have a guarantee for your prior authorization service?

Yes! If we do not successfully receive prior authorization for the requested service, you do not pay anything.

Is your patient access service remote or at our location?

Depending on the scope of services, Apollo Healthcare can set up your patient access service remotely or on site. Your preference determines a large part of this decision.

How often is your physician referral specialist on site?

Our Physician Referral Specialists are typically on site 10 days per month. With that said, our specialists spend the majority of their time in the field, so you may not see them every day they are in your community. Rest assured knowing you will receive daily and monthly summaries of their activity.
