Alvaro Reyna, an Oncology Appeals Advisor at Apollo Healthcare with over 15 years of experience in customer service, six of which were assisting with insurance claims and appeals for cancer patients. Al previously worked at Texas Children’s Hospital and MD Anderson Cancer Center. Al holds an Associate’s degree in Business and is working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Business at The University of Houston-Downtown. He enjoys helping at the Houston Food Bank and traveling to Colombia, Guatemala, Peru, Chile, and Mexico in his free time. He is a dog lover and hopes to open a dog daycare someday.
